Returns & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with any of our products, for any reason, we will provide you with a replacement product or refund for the purchase cost upon return. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds and replacement requests must be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery date. Original condition entails that the items must been unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.
In the event, you receive a refund your credit will arrive within 8-10 business days after the refund has been processed. Please contact us at info@shopmonkeyfresh.com with any questions.
We do our very best to protect our products with packaging while in transit but sometimes damages can occur. Please email us info@shopmonkeyfresh.com with a picture of your damaged shipment along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement of the item(s) to be sent to you immediately.
REFUNDS
After receiving the returned item(s), if the item(s) meet the aforementioned criteria, Monkey Fresh Air Fresheners will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee.
Monkey Fresh Air Fresheners will not refund any customer whose order is not received due to the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Monkey Fresh Air Fresheners.
In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States, we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue.
EXCHANGE/RETURNS
To return/exchange an item, please print out your email invoice and mail it along with your item(s) back to us at

You will then receive an E-Gift Card for the value of your exchanged item, minus a 25% restocking fee which you can use to purchase the new item you would like.
Please note that goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 21 days of the confirmed delivery date. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. JM Dynamic Enterprises (dba Monkey Fresh Air Fresheners) is not responsible for items lost in transit during return. The cost of shipping the item to Monkey Fresh Air Fresheners is the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN/REFUNDS: In-Store at Your Local Retailer
If you purchased a Monkey Fresh Air Fresheners product at your local retailer and you are not fully satisfied, please return your product directly to the store that it was purchased from. Despite not being able to physically accept the return, or issue a refund, we would still like to know if you have experienced an issue with one of our products. If you had a less than satisfactory experience, please email our customer service at info@shopmonkeyfresh.com and someone from our team will be in touch. In the event that it is a quality issue, please be prepared to provide us with the product code that is printed on your order receipt.
